To qualify for this rental, you must:

    •    Be 21 years or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license

    •    Provide proof of active gig work (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.)

    •    Agree to daily or weekly rental terms

    •    Pay a $99 refundable deposit for daily rentals (minimum 2-day rental)  OR

    •    Pay a $199 refundable deposit for weekly rentals

    •    Keep the vehicle within Nevada state lines at all times (no out-of-state travel permitted)

    •    Return the vehicle clean, undamaged, and with the same fuel level it was received

Included & Additional Terms

    •    Rideshare insurance is included in the daily rate (used as supplemental coverage)

    •    Vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking, remote disable (kill switch), and may include interior dashcam recording for your safety and ours.

    •    Any tampering with GPS, dashcam, or safety systems will result in immediate termination of the rental and may incur a $250 tampering fee

    •    Late returns of more than 1 hour without prior notice are subject to a $50 late fee

    •    Daily rate extensions must be paid in advance or the vehicle will be disabled remotely

    •    Vehicles not returned on time or in agreed condition may result in forfeiture of deposit and legal recovery action under Nevada NRS 205.2715 (unauthorized control of a vehicle)

Your rental includes supplemental rideshare insurance, maintenance, and 24/7 support. Gas, tolls, and personal insurance are not included.

No. Vehicles must remain within Nevada. Unauthorized out-of-state use will result in penalties, possible vehicle disablement, and may be reported under Nevada NRS 205.2715 (unauthorized control of a vehicle).

5. How do I get approved?

Submit your driver’s license, gig platform proof, and deposit. Most drivers are approved and ready to drive within 24 hours.

6. How do I pay?

All payments are made electronically. You can pay daily or weekly in advance. Missed payments may result in late fees or remote vehicle disablement.

7. What if I return the car late?

You have a 1-hour grace period. After that, a late return fee applies. Unreturned vehicles or chronic late returns may result in repossession or legal action under NRS 205.2715.

9. What if I damage the vehicle?

You are responsible for returning the vehicle clean, undamaged, and with a full gas tank. Excessive wear, damage, or tampering may result in partial or full loss of your deposit. Serious violations may be pursued under Nevada state law.
